🏠 Selling Property
- Seller: 3% of the property value
🏢 Rent Agreements (1 Month Fee)
- Seller: Half of 1 Month Rental
- Buyer: Half of 1 Month Rental
📄 Lease Agreements (3% Fee)
Important Notice ⚠️
- Brokerage fees are charged for introduction, coordination, and facilitation services.
- Fees become payable upon successful connection or agreement confirmation.
- Service fees are non-refundable once the brokerage service has been provided.
- Property availability and final terms are subject to agreement between the parties.
